Whether trekking in the jungle or visiting the world-famous Angkor temples, you'll explore Cambodia's treasures and enjoy photography, art and meditation along the way -- This 2013 Overland Adventure offers a glimpse of Cambodia that the tourists seldom see!
The tour begins and ends in Phnom Penh at the centrally located Sunway Hotel. Followed by travel to Battambang, with three days there and it is an important area for wildlife conservation. The group will then travel on to Siem Reap for three more days at the sumptuous Sokha Angkor Resort, home to the renowned temples of Angkor Wat, which are one of South East Asia’s historical and cultural highlights (listed in 1992 by Unesco as a World Heritage Site). After visiting many more wonderful temples including Angkor Thom and the Elephant Terrace, on day eight the group will travel back to Phnom Penh.
