Terms and Conditions

I.    By entering, you agree to be added to the Skyros Holiday subscriber list and to receive marketing material (you can unsubscribe from this marketing list at any time following the end of the giveaway).

II.    Competition entry requirements are signing up to the newsletter, following Skyros Holidays on Instagram, liking the competition post and adding your username to the comments section. 

III.    One winner will be randomly drawn from all valid entries upon the completion of the giveaway.

IV.    Bookings may be made by emailing holidays@skyros.com with your request or calling +44 (0)1983 865566. 

V.    The use of the holiday credit constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

VI.    The holiday credit may only be used once. 

VII.    The holiday credit cannot be used alongside any other promotional offers.

VIII.    Should you be forced to cancel your booking for whatever reason, standard terms and conditions will apply. No refund of the holiday credit of £895 will be applicable. 

IX.    The holiday credit entitles the customer to book on a specified retreat with a discount of £895 off the advertised holiday fee, accommodation and stated included meals. Any additional costs are at the prize winner's own expense. 

X.    The discount of £895 applies to holidays only at Atsitsa Bay, Greece for the year of 2023. A holiday must be taken between the 1st of July and the 23rd of September, 2023. 

XI.    The winner will be notified via the email provided within 3 business days of the prize draw. Instructions on how to proceed with their booking will follow. 

XII.    If a winner is drawn and they do not respond with their acceptance of the prize within 72 hours of the email being sent, a new winner may be drawn at the discretion of Skyros Holidays. 

XIII.    The winner must be able to travel during the provided dates above or the prize may be forfeited. All prizes as described are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged. 

XIV.    Our travel packages are subject to availability at the time you book. Please refer to email instructions on how to book and use the travel credit which form part of the conditions. 

XV.    The discount does not apply to air-travel, transfer costs, additional expenditure, or meals not included within the advertised holiday description.

XVI.    This offer is available from 00.00 GMT on 30 May 2023 to 23.59 GMT on 23 September 2023. The holiday credit must be used in 2023. 

XVII.    The holiday credit may be used retrospectively to gain a discount or rebate on a holiday that has already been booked. 

XVIII.    This offer is open to any person who is 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees or agents of Skyros Holidays are not eligible, nor are members of these employees’ families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners). 

XIX.    Skyros Holidays reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw this offer at any time without notice. In this circumstance the prize winner will be refunded any monies, but not the travel credit of £895, they have paid to Skyros Holidays for the booking.
