Slay your Dragons with Compassion with Malcolm Stern
Sun 11 - Sun 18 Jul 2021
Malcolm's new book of the same name (published in September 2020 by Watkins) describes 10 practices for thriving in an unstable world.
This Masterclass, part of the Health & Wellbeing programme at the Skyros Centre, is the first time he will be synthesising those practices into an experiential form.
Some of the practices involve bearing witness; speaking our truth with integrity and compassion; allowing our relationships to educate us; creating a sangha (a community of like minded others); tuning into and following our “radar” and finding our true life purpose.
Malcolm will use psychodrama and deep sharing, while creating a safe and honourable place to visit our depths.
What's included?
Malcolm's Masterclass is held at the Skyros Centre on Skyros island in Greece and runs for three hours per day, 15 hours per week. The price of £765 includes seven nights half board twin shared accommodation in the village or by the sea plus morning yoga and afternoon art classes with Michael Gahagan.
