This is a course that is designed to unlock the beliefs that hold you back, to understand the power of the story you tell yourself and to work with creating a story that is inspiring and congruent.
We will then work on goal setting but in a very different way.
Monique offers exercises that get people to access their goals in a heart-based way and what usually happens is that the goals shift and change into something that is passionate and able to be fulfilled.
During the course we also look at what isn't working in your life as this is a signpost to a few possible things and we explore this. This opens up the future to different paths or the same path but in a totally different way.
Monique assists with the daily internal mind chatter to make sure the daily actions and way of approaching life match up with the overarching goals.
Participants will create heart-based action plans ready for implementation.
It is Monique’s sincere desire to create an experience that opens life up to a new level and fills course participants with possibility, inspiration and heart based desire. In essence? A passionate life.
What's included?
Monique's course is held in Atsitsa Bay on Skyros island in Greece and is part of the wide range of courses and activities available. The holiday includes full board twin shared accommodation in an eco-hut. Single upgrades and twin shares in the house are available.
